Used on several hikes /rides. Didn’t give me a noticeable spring in my step like an energy drink but i was certainly able to power on beyond my usual limits and on very hot days when im usually out of pep quite quickly. Found myself not needing other emergency energy sources so these definitely work IMO.

really do work. I find if I just drink water, it'll just go 'straight through', most of it. Whereas with the electrolytes added, the water is completely absorbed and also, of course, re-adds these essential lost electrolytes that you lose during intense sweating.
