As someone with PCOS, hydration and energy are a constant struggle,especially on days when my symptoms flare. This product has been a huge help. I feel more balanced, less fatigued, and overall just better in my own skin. The salty flavours took a minute to get used to, but now I genuinely look forward to it every morning.
Absolutely love the Citrus flavoured one, I was worried it's going to be too salty but it's actually very pleasant. I make it with ice and have it after every workout. Also appreciate the magnesium in the product. Recommend

I was looking for an Aussie version of a leading American brand after much searching & comparing I came across this bran and thought it was worth a try. So far so good I have only taken it for a week but feel like it is giving me more energy. I beleive if you haven't yet tried this one you should give it a chance.

Wanted to test and taste them before I order a whole tub so I first got the starter pack with the bottle and it tastes amazing and the bottle is such a good quality! Love it, already ordered a tub of the lemon and lime flavour.
