As someone with PCOS, hydration and energy are a constant struggle,especially on days when my symptoms flare. This product has been a huge help. Absolutely love the Citrus flavoured one, I was worried it's going to be too salty but it's actually very pleasant. I make it with ice and have it after every workout. Also appreciate the magnesium in the product. Recommend
