These are great electrolytes. Got the lemon and lime and its delicious, always have it on the days I run and I am always looking forward to it. Great prpduct!! Will order more and try different flavours

As someone with PCOS, hydration and energy are a constant struggle,especially on days when my symptoms flare. This product has been a huge help. I feel more balanced, less fatigued, and overall just better in my own skin. The salty flavours took a minute to get used to, but now I genuinely look forward to it every morning.
Absolutely love the Citrus flavoured one, I was worried it's going to be too salty but it's actually very pleasant. I make it with ice and have it after every workout. Also appreciate the magnesium in the product. Recommend
